Position 001441:            Director Customer Product Unit

Our client, a prominent and growing health care insurer is seeking a Director to manage a significant P&L in the Major Accounts Division.  Responsibilities include:  key customer relationship management, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction from key relationships, oversight of enrollment operations and billing, reporting to executive management on all operational aspects, and managing a team of approximately 40 employees.

Demonstrated leadership track record managing staff and client relationships within Health Care delivery network. Experience managing a significant P&L. Teamwork, Focus on Customer Service, and Strong Communication skills required.
