Position 001447:            Performance Consultant

Interested in joining a team of dynamic business partners who work with exciting companies and leaders who understand that people are their competitive advantage?

Key responsibilities are as follows:

· Facilitates organizational development, leadership development and team building for our clients to improve efficiency, effectiveness and business results.

· Builds business network and grows revenue within target customer base. 

· Facilitates Balanced Scorecard and Values discussions with clients.

· Facilitates organizational design to support our clients' business strategy and culture.

· Consults with clients using deep OD subject matter expertise, influence, coaching and process skills to identify, diagnose and problem solve organizational or leadership issues.

· Anticipates clients' needs and uses assessment tools and surveys for diagnosis.

· Designs instructional or performance based solutions and establishes specific objectives in the area of leadership development, team building and training using client's business context.

· Provides change management tools to business teams and individuals to help client organizations manage change.

· Provides tools to our clients which both measures and improves Employee Engagement.

· Implements practical implementation plans.

· Creates and measures metrics for success including participant engagement.

· Stays abreast of new leadership models and shares with the Performance Partners team.

Competencies & Qualifications

· Bachelors Degree required; Masters preferred

· Using expert knowledge of Performance Partners models and tools, successfully delivers consistent programs in the following areas:

· Employee Engagement Surveys facilitation and analysis

· Competency definition and assessments

· Training program design and delivery

· Change management initiatives

· Leadership development and coaching

· Team effectiveness

· Succession Planning

· Talent assessment and On boarding

· Executive Coaching

· 5-10 years working as a business partner to Senior Management; practical experience in a line organization a plus

· Ability to influence across all levels of an organization 

· Strong facilitation skills

Personal Characteristics: Exceptional interpersonal skills, organized, team player, strong attention to detail, project and time management skills.

Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional internal and external customer service Knowledge of advanced functions of Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Internet applications.
